These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LexFlow, including the LexFlow website, regulatory intelligence feed, email brief, filing deadline calculator, and related materials.

1. Informational service only

LexFlow provides regulatory intelligence and informational summaries. LexFlow does not provide legal advice, does not create a lawyer-client relationship, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from qualified legal counsel.

2. No regulator affiliation

LexFlow is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the CSA, OSC, AMF, BCSC, ASC, CIRO, TSX, TSXV, SEDAR+, FINTRAC, CRA, Corporations Canada, CanLII, Open Parliament, or any other regulator, exchange, government body, tribunal, or data provider referenced on the site.

3. Source links and third-party materials

LexFlow links to primary regulatory and legal-data sources. Third-party websites and materials are controlled by their respective owners. LexFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, or continued accessibility of third-party content.

4. Accuracy and timeliness

LexFlow aims to provide accurate, source-linked information, but regulatory information changes frequently and technical errors may occur. You are responsible for verifying all developments, deadlines, citations, instruments, effective dates, and filing obligations against official sources before taking action.

5. Filing deadline calculator

The filing deadline calculator is a convenience tool only. It may not account for weekends, holidays, issuer-specific relief, exchange-specific requirements, transition provisions, local orders, prospectus-related deadlines, or other facts that affect a particular issuer. Always verify deadlines independently.

6. Permitted use

You may use LexFlow for internal professional, research, compliance, and educational purposes. You may not scrape, resell, repackage, or redistribute LexFlow content as a competing service without written permission.

7. Beta access

LexFlow is being developed as a beta product. Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Email brief delivery, structured feeds, source coverage, and classification systems may change as the product develops.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexFlow is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. LexFlow is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site, email brief, feed, calculator, source links, classifications, summaries, or omissions.
