Email address — provided when you subscribe to the 8:00 AM regulatory brief. This is the only personal information we require to deliver the service.
Usage data — we may collect standard web analytics information including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for the purpose of improving the service. This information is not linked to your identity.

We do not collect financial information, identification documents, or any sensitive personal information. We do not require account registration.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address solely to:

Deliver the LexFlow regulatory intelligence brief to you at 8:00 AM ET on weekdays
Send service notices (e.g., changes to the brief format, coverage updates)

We do not use your email address for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties. We will not send unsolicited commercial messages.

3. Email service provider

To deliver the brief, we use a third-party email service provider. Your email address is stored with this provider solely for the purpose of delivering the LexFlow brief. Our email service provider operates in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the LexFlow brief. If you unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from our mailing list within a commercially reasonable time period (typically 30 days or less).

Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any brief email
Request deletion — email us at contact@lexflow.ca to request removal of your email address from our records
Access your data — email us to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you

We will respond to all reasonable requests within 30 days.

LexFlow uses no tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use technically necessary cookies or local storage for basic site functionality (such as remembering your filter preferences in the intelligence feed). These are not used to track you across other websites.

LexFlow is a professional legal intelligence service directed at legal professionals and compliance practitioners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
